Project Name: Port Crane Cable Retrofit – Manila International Container Terminal, Philippines

Location: Manila, Philippines

Application: Gantry crane power and control cable system

Product Used: Feichun Heavy-Duty Reel Cable

Description: To enhance operational efficiency at one of the busiest terminals in the Philippines, Feichun Cable provided a customized heavy-duty reel cable solution for gantry cranes at the Manila International Container Terminal. The cables were engineered to withstand continuous motion and high mechanical loads, offering excellent resistance to oil, abrasion, and UV radiation. Since installation, the system has delivered reliable performance in demanding 24/7 port operations, minimizing downtime and maintenance requirements.

Description: Feichun Cable provided a high-flexibility reeling cable solution for a bucket wheel reclaimer operating in a coastal terminal in Surabaya. The environment posed challenges such as high humidity, salt exposure, and heavy mechanical motion. Our cable was engineered to deliver excellent resistance to abrasion, hydrolysis, and UV radiation. The installation improved system stability and reduced unplanned downtime, earning strong feedback from the client.
